Returns & withdrawal

1. How to return a product

• Email hello@rinconpeludo.com with your order number and the products you want to return, or send us the withdrawal form on this page. Any clear statement is valid.
• We will send you the instructions and return address.
• Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.

2. Condition of the product

The product must be unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. If it shows more handling than needed to check its nature and how it works (for example, a chewed toy), we may deduct the loss in value.

3. Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, treats and food products cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery (article 103 of RDL 1/2007). Products personalised at the customer’s request are also excluded.

4. Costs and refunds

Returns within the period are free: we will provide a prepaid shipping label. We will refund the product price and standard shipping costs within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you show proof of having sent it.

5. Faulty products

If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, the 3-year legal guarantee applies instead: email hello@rinconpeludo.com and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

6. Withdrawal form

Only fill in and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract (model form, Annex B of RDL 1/2007):
