Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Scope

We sell to consumers with a delivery address in the European Union. By placing an order you confirm you are of legal age and accept these terms, which you can view, download and print at any time.

3. How to buy

You can review and correct any details before confirming. The contract may be concluded in English or Spanish. We keep an electronic record of your order and can send you a copy on request.

• Add products to your cart and click “Checkout”.
• Enter your contact details and delivery address.
• Choose a payment method, review the summary and accept these terms.
• Click “Place order”. We will email you a confirmation with your order details.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order: €4.95 per order, free on orders over €39.00. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will let you know so you can choose to buy it at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never have access to your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 24–48 working hours. Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping policy. In any case, we will deliver within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation; if that is not possible, we will let you know and you may cancel with a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. As a commercial goodwill gesture, we extend this period to 30 days. The procedure, costs and exceptions are explained in our Returns policy, which also includes the withdrawal form.

8. Legal guarantee

All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (articles 120 et seq. of RDL 1/2007). If a product is faulty, email hello@rinconpeludo.com and we will repair or replace it or, if that is not possible, refund you, at no cost to you. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, especially on chew toys.

9. Customer service and complaints

Send any question, complaint or claim to hello@rinconpeludo.com. We will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms are available on request. You may also contact the Consumer Arbitration Boards or the consumer authority in your region.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be heard by the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
