Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and all other European Union countries. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

2. Delivery times

Times are approximate and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.

• Order preparation: 24–48 working hours.
• Mainland Spain: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Balearic Islands: 3–5 working days.
• Rest of the EU: 3–8 working days, depending on the country.

3. Cost

Shipping costs €4.95 per order and is free on orders over €39.00. The amount is always shown before you confirm your purchase.

4. Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you the carrier’s tracking number.

5. Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery slip if possible and email hello@rinconpeludo.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. If your order does not arrive on time, get in touch and we will sort it out.
